As educators we pride ourselves on being pioneers in childhood learning and approach teaching and leadership with innovative and collaborative methods.

The welfare of our students is of utmost importance, and we are committed to safeguarding and promoting their wellbeing. All staff and volunteers are expected to share this commitment, and we have a comprehensive Child Protection Policy in place. From the start of employment, staff members will receive appropriate training specific to their roles. It is essential to note that all our positions are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Therefore, applicants must be eligible to work with children in regulated activities.
