Rich Evans

I have been teaching at Airmyn Park for the past 6 years. As part of my role in school, I lead the teaching of PE. My role includes ensuring a progressive PE curriculum is taught to a high standard while also organising and leading inter-school sports events.

 

Throughout my life, I have always had a passion for sport. Through participating in local football teams and running clubs, I have developed friendships and positive experiences that I will never forget. I believe that through encouraging children to participate in sport and lead an active life, we can provide our pupils with physical benefits but also a great boost to their self-confidence, self-esteem and teamwork. I am passionate about ensuring that PE and sport is inclusive and every child has the opportunity to experience success, challenge and pride in representing their school.

 

I always enjoy the opportunity to collaborate with others and look forward to the opportunity to work with colleagues from across the Trust.
